He is very well organized and super-efficient at his job, which takes a lot of pressure off of us when things don’t go quite as planned. For example, he is the life saver when the mortgage company erroneously sent the renewal check to the wrong address:   This year at renewal time, I received all documents two months in advance;  however, me being the last minute person as  always,  I cut everything very close, unfortunately, the escrow company sent the premium check to the wrong address;  I found out 2 days before the end of my policy,  I was very concerned;  Devin responded with a faster payment alternative right away (I emailed him outside of normal business hour and I got his response almost immediately!)  It’s a shame that my mortgage company can’t send payment electronically and we are back at square one of having to establish Fisher as a payee and resend all documents! When faced with double the amount of work caused by someone else’s incompetency, Devin completed the work without any complaint or delay, and he is kind and flexible enough to arrange a few days of grace period so my policy doesn’t get cancelled.  I highly recommend their superb service!”
